Supply Chain Network Design in Determining Location of Solar Powered Pest Control to Increase Harvesting Effectiveness of Rojolele Rice in Delanggu
Pest problems are the most frightening scourge for farmers in the process of cultivating Rojolele rice which has high rice characteristics and fragrant aroma, so it is necessary to have environmentally friendly technology assistance to assist farmers in controlling pests such as sparrows and leafhoppers. Startup Ecokarsa's solar-powered pest control technology by utilizing ultrasonic waves to make sparrows uncomfortable and ultraviolet to collect leafhoppers at one point is expected to be a solution for the Sanggar Rojolele farmer group to help control pests in the rice fields of Delanggu without damaging the environment. Because this technology is considered quite expensive for the Sanggar Rojolele farmer group, an appropriate location and allocation system is needed to determine how many points are efficient and where these points are located so that the rice fields in Delanggu are safe from attacks by sparrows and leafhoppers.

Supply Chain Network Design Optimization Model for Determining the Location of The Facilitation Allocation for The Procurement of Machinery for Commodity Auctions in Magetan Regency
There are many obstacles in pre, process, and post-auction activities as well as repair solutions that have been studied previously. Obstacles in implementing the auction market were also experienced by farmer groups in Magetan Regency as participants in the Forward Commodity Auction Market (PLFK) in East Java Province. This case study follows up on one of the alternative solutions from previous research. namely the procurement of machines which is a program of the TPHPKP Office to improve the quality and selling value of auction commodities in Magetan Regency. Based on this, it is necessary to make a decide to determine the location of the machine because the machine depends on the area to meet the needs of farmers who have limited accessibility based on the concept of a supply chain network. This study proposes the selection of a location for the procurement of machines for auction commodities of pamelo oranges, cassava, corn, peanuts, and rice. This study will design a supply chain network involved in the procurement of auction commodity machines in Magetan Regency and design a Gravity Model Location to determine the location of the machine placement. Relationships between entities and calculations using the Gravity Model Location can produce coordinates as the optimal location for placing the machine. Through mathematical calculations using the Gravity Model Location, it was found that the optimum location for laying the five proposed commodity auctions.

Optimization Supply Chain Network Design for Bioreactor: A Case Study in Jakenan Pati
The potential for waste that appears every time must be managed optimally. Waste management sites that are far away and have high costs are one of the problems that must be solved. Jakenan District is located ± 23 Km from the center of the Landfill (TPA). This study aims to create a Kapal Selam Bioreactor (BKS) waste supply chain network located in Jakenan District. To produce a more optimal waste network and high economic benefits. In determining the initial 7 locations using Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP). Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) is used to formulate the location of the capacity allocation that is applied to solve the problem. Furthermore, ILOG Cplex is used to complete the mathematical formulation in this model. There are seven locations opened to cover waste in Jakenan District, namely Jakenan, Dukuhmulyo, Sidomulyo, Sembaturagung, Kalimulyo, Sonorejo, and Sendangsoko.

Evaluating Economic and Environmental Impact of A Plastic Waste Processing Industry nased on Circular Economy using Benefit-Cost Analysis
Plastic has played a dominant role in human life as its usage is increasing over time. Plastic waste can harm the environment because plastic is not biodegradable. A collaboration adopted from the quintuple helix model was initiated by the local government of Cilegon, Indonesia, industry, and community to tackle the plastic waste problem. Plastic waste from households and industry is collected and processed in the plastic waste processing industry using the pyrolysis method producing gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. Kerosene is used by the community as fuel for cooking, whereas diesel and gasoline are used as boat fuels by fishermen. The collaboration is expected to provide economic and environmental benefits for the people in the Cilegon area. We conducted a cost and benefit analysis to evaluate the feasibility of this project from an economic and ecological point of view. The results will be used as input for conducting similar projects in other cities.

A hybrid modified Bat Algorithm with Dynamic Spiral Method for solving mixed integer non-linear programming optimization
Most optimization problems in engineering are nonlinear, with many constraints. Consequently, finding optimal solutions to such nonlinear problems requires efficient optimization methods. Most of the methods used so far are gradient-based methods. In gradient-based methods, the objective function must be differentiable, and the search for the optimum solution usually starts with a guess-point. For multimodal objectives, the search will likely get stuck at a local optimum. Nowadays, new metaheuristic methods are being developed for solving nonlinear optimization problems. Metaheuristic methods neither require a guess-point nor a derivative of the objective function. Metaheuristic methods, called Bat Algorithm and Spiral Dynamic Method, have been developed for solving optimization problems. Each of the methods has the strength to solve the problem. We propose combining Bat Algorithm (BA) and Dynamic Spiral Method (DSM) for solving mixed integer optimization. The bat Algorithm is used for the exploration stage to find some candidate solutions. Meanwhile, the dynamic spiral method is used in local search to find the best optimum solution. The result obtained by Bat Algorithm-Dynamic Spiral Method (BA-DSM) were more effective than the standard Bat Algorithm in solving the problem.
