Luxury in sync: how consumer, brand and influencer congruency drive sustainable luxury desire
Purpose: Grounded in the Self-congruency theory and Cognition-Attitude-Behavior (CAB) framework, this research aims to develop a comprehensive framework to investigate consumer attitudes and behaviors toward sustainable luxury. By integrating consumer–influencer congruency, consumer–brand congruency and brand–influencer congruency, the research systematically investigates the interplay among consumer perceptions, attitudes and behavioral intentions. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative research design was employed using an online survey distributed through a consumer panel, yielding 647 valid responses. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression method and PROCESS Macro to test the proposed hypotheses. Findings: The findings reveal that all three forms of congruency positively influence consumer attitudes, which in turn significantly enhance both the desirability and purchase intention of sustainable luxury products. Moreover, the study uncovers a mediation effect, wherein the three congruency types indirectly influence luxury brand desirability and purchase intention through the mediating role of consumer attitude. Practical implications: Given that consumers are motivated to act in alignment with their self-concept, sustainable luxury brands can strengthen perceived congruency and foster deeper emotional connections with consumers. Originality/value: This research advances the literature by introducing a multidimensional congruency framework that incorporates consumer, brand, and influencer perspectives, contributing to the enhancement of self-congruency theory and CAB model. It also provides practical guidance for brands in respond to the evolving expectations of socially and environmentally conscious consumers.

The influence of IT affordance and flow on travel intention in travel live streaming: a hybrid HRA-ANN approach
Purpose: Travel live streaming, a technology-driven interactive platform, has emerged as an essential tool in tourism marketing. However, its influence on viewer behaviour remains insufficiently studied. This research aims to investigate the impact of information technology (IT) affordance on travel intention, mediated by flow and moderated by psychological distance. By addressing theoretical gaps in the techno-psycho-behavioural nexus of digital tourism, it offers actionable insights for destination managers to enhance their strategies. Design/methodology/approach: A two-stage hybrid approach combining hierarchical regression analysis and artificial neural network was implemented to examine both linear and non-linear patterns. Data from 433 participants with travel live stream viewing experience were collected through an online survey. Analysis included common method bias tests and rigorous data screening. Findings: Results confirm that IT affordance (visibility, metavoicing and guidance travelling) enhances viewers’ flow experiences, which positively influences travel intentions. Flow mediates the IT affordance – travel intention relationship. Psychological distance moderates flow – travel intention impact, with increasing distance amplifying flow’s influence. Practical implications: The results provide valuable insights for destination marketers and travel live streaming platform designers. The findings emphasize the importance of optimizing IT affordance for viewer flow and travel intention. Understanding psychological distance facilitates content customization, enhancing marketing strategy effectiveness. Originality/value: This research advances scholarly understanding by employing a dual-stage method to analyse IT affordance in travel live streaming, highlighting psychological factors in digital interaction and presenting an integrated model of viewer engagement on tourism platforms.

How travel live streaming servicescape affects users' travel intention: evidence from structural equation model and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis
Purpose: It is unclear what constitutes the tourism live streaming (TLS) servicescape and how it affects users' travel intention (TI). The study aims to explore the composition of the TLS servicescape, the influence mechanism of the TLS servicescape on users' TI and the formation of users' TI.Design/methodology/approach: Based on stimulus organism response theory (SOR), we develop a mediation model to explore the influence of TLS servicescape on users' TI. This study collected data from 432 Chinese TLS users through an online questionnaire, and we used the structural equation model and the SPSS PROCESS macro to test the proposed model. In addition, we tested the variable relationships using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA).Findings: TLS servicescape is a second-order variable that can be categorized into physical element (PE), social element (SOE), symbolic element (SYE) and natural element (NE). TLS servicescape influences TI by affecting social presence (SP) and customer engagement (CE). The fsQCA reveals seven combinations of PE, SOE, SYE, NE, SP and CE that form a high TI for TLS users.Originality/value: Using multiple data analysis methods, the study emphasizes the significance of the TLS servicescape for TLS. It explores how to evoke users' TI in TLS and provides a reference for TLS marketing.

Entrepreneurial Leadership and Entrepreneurial Performance in Start-Ups: A Moderated Serial Mediation Model
The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on entrepreneurial performance in start-ups. Specifically, a moderated serial mediation model was developed to investigate the mediating role of tacit knowledge sharing and job embeddedness and the moderating effect of career growth opportunities. Data was collected from 376 start-up employees via an online survey platform. Using hierarchical multiple regression and Hayes' PROCESS Macro by SPSS 21.0, and structural equation modeling by AMOS 23.0, support was found for both mediation and moderation effects. Results showed that entrepreneurial leadership significantly positively affects entrepreneurial performance by mediating with tacit knowledge sharing and job embeddedness. Moreover, career growth opportunities moderate the serial mediating effect of tacit knowledge sharing and job embeddedness between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial performance. This study provides theoretical guidance for entrepreneurial leadership to improve entrepreneurial performance.

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Employees’ Tacit Knowledge Sharing in Start-Ups: A Moderated Mediation Model
This study explores the causal relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employees’ tacit knowledge sharing in start-ups. Construct a moderated mediation model to test the mediating role of affective commitment and the moderating role of career growth opportunities. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and 485 samples of employees in Chinese start-ups were collected. Regression analysis and structural equation model were used to analyze data and verify hypotheses. The study shows that entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on employees’ affective commitment and tacit knowledge sharing. Affective commitment plays a mediating effect between entrepreneurial leadership and employees’ tacit knowledge sharing. Career growth opportunities play a positive moderating role in the impact of entrepreneurial leadership on affective commitment and tacit knowledge sharing, and positively moderate the indirect effect of entrepreneurial leadership on tacit knowledge sharing through affective commitment. The research illustrates that the managers of start-ups can improve employees’ affective commitment by giving full play to entrepreneurial leadership and combining the career growth opportunities provided by the organization. Employees’ tacit knowledge sharing behavior is stimulated, providing guiding value for knowledge management and the human resource management of start-ups.

The global prevalence of sexual violence against pregnant women: a systematic review and meta-analysis
When committed against pregnant women, sexual violence may have adverse health consequences for both the mother and the unborn child. To date, no studies have systematically summarized the global prevalence of sexual violence against pregnant women. We conducted a comprehensive search of PubMed, Embase and Web of Science from inception dates to January 2021 for studies reporting the prevalence of sexual violence against pregnant women. Prevalence was estimated using a random-effects meta-analysis. Heterogeneity was evaluated using the I2 statistic. Differences by study level characteristics were estimated through subgroup analysis and meta-regression. A total of 10 cross-sectional studies (a total of 8,439 participants) were included. The pooled proportion of sexual violence was 0.31 (95% CI: 0.22–0.40). Subgroup analyses showed higher prevalence of sexual violence against pregnant women in the 2010–2019 period (0.35, 95% CI0.15–7.53) and developing countries (0.32, 95% CI0.19–0.45). Almost one in three (31%) pregnant women around the world has been a victim of sexual violence in their lifetime. Sexual violence against pregnant women continues to be a major public health challenge. The global prevalence of sexual violence against pregnant women warrants the collective attention of the entire society.

Customer incivility and employees’ turnover intention in China’s hotel: a chain Mediating model
This study explores the relationship between customer incivility and hotel employees’ turnover intention in China. The mediating effects of emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and professional identity were also investigated. The proposed research framework was tested using data from 500 hotel employees who responded to an online questionnaire. The results show that customer incivility affects employees’ turnover intention by affecting emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and professional identity. Among the three mediating variables, the mediating effect of emotional fatigue is the most obvious. When hotel employees encounter customer incivility, it improves their emotional exhaustion, which will reduce job satisfaction, weaken professional identity, and finally lead to the enhancement of turnover intention. This study proposes a conceptual model of experience development and testing, which enhances the understanding of the relationship between customer incivility and employees’ turnover intention and enriches the research on customer incivility.
