Significant and Trivial Dependencies Separation in Data Tensor by the Projection Method
The problem of data structure analysis through their multidimensional representation as a d-dimensional tensor is considered to assess dependencies on influencing factors in the decision-making process. The higher-order Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is developed as a d-SVD schema to identify significant and trivial dependencies. The d-SVD includes the SVD of the tensor reshaped as a matrix and the SVDs of reduced size of the previous SVD vectors reshaped as matrices. The entropy of the distribution of the Singular Values (SVs) of the vectors’ decomposition is used for the separation of the significant and trivial vectors, in contrast to the commonly used approach based on the magnitude analysis of SVs. The singular projection in the significant vector space in selected dimensions gives the tensor’s low-rank approximation without loss of information in comparison with the truncated SVD. The tensor projection on a vector subspace of reduced dimension can be obtained by using a part of the SVs and the corresponding vectors as an alternative to the commonly used averaging. It was shown that data prediction in the subspace of the significant vectors allows stable assessments of the predicted values to be obtained.

Information model of the UnispherTM platform for creation and using the smart content for education
Effective development of children's creative abilities on the base of gamification in the process of schooling is an urgent task of computer education. Its high-grade solution will allow, for example, to create of the digital educational products ranging from an application to comprehensive games where everyone student can contribute games or building blocks for existing games. Existing approaches to solving this problem mostly come from the field of using of technological shells to create individual and team games and are distinguished exclusively by the author's character and a narrow-applied sphere for new products. We also note that such systems cannot be effectively developed without comprehensive organizational support at the level of the whole school, when the entire teaching staff and all students are well motivated for the learning process in the form of team games. In this article, the information model of the Unispher platform of the creation and use the smart content for learning is described. The described information model formalizes the subject area and functionality of the Unispher platform according to the defined special requirements, which makes it possible to build the appropriate software shell for the Unispher platform. The main capabilities and functionality of the Unispher platform for Creative Education are considered and substantiated. Intelligent information model to create Unispher platform is suggested. The relations, predicates, rules, operations and functions as constituents of information model were developed. On the base of proposed information model, software for the Unispher platform was developed and tested in some schools in Israel. The technological platform Angular, Python, JWT, AWS (Amazon Web Services) was chosen for software implementation of the Unispher platform.

JetIQ electronic ecosystem at the service of the university in the country that has undergone armed aggression
The development of modern technologies and innovations provides opportunities for higher education institutions (HEIs) and directly for teachers and students to voluntarily use tools for distance and mixed learning. However, remote access in a pandemic or a state of war is necessity and has no alternatives. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the JetIQ electronic ecosystem for Vinnytsia National Technical University (VNTU) in wartime conditions. As in all HEI of Ukraine, the educational process at VNTU changed significantly during the year of military aggression. The need for students and teachers to hide in bomb shelters during air raids, frequent and, most importantly, unexpected interruptions of the educational process, and significant complications of access to laboratory equipment negatively affect the psychological state of all participants in educational activities. In these conditions, the JetIQ electronic ecosystem brought substantial benefits and became the primary tool for the management of the educational activities at VNTU. Reliable technological support also improved the psychological confidence of students and teachers. A comparison of the interim indicators of the 2022/2023 academic year with the trends of the three previous academic years in terms of quantitative indicators of educational resources and actions of all groups of JetIQ users showed positive trends. This testifies to its stability in the conditions of martial law.

METODA I NARZĘDZIE DO WIZUALIZACJI WYŁADOWAŃ GAZOWYCH DO ANALIZY OBIEKTÓW BIOLOGICZNYCH W FAZIE CIEKŁEJ
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań poruszających problem poprawy wiarygodności oznaczania stężenia zanieczyszczeń w obiektach biologicznych w cieczy metodą wizualizacji wyładowań gazowych. Opracowano ulepszoną metodę analizy obiektów biologicznych w cieczy opartą na wizualizacji wyładowań gazowych (GDV), zaproponowano podejście kryterialne do oceny składu obiektów biologicznych w cieczy z zastosowaniem tej metody, przedstawiono ocenę charakteru obiektów biologicznych w cieczy wykorzystującą intensywność składowych spektralnych jej promieniowania uzyskanego podczas GDV.Opracowano i zbadano model matematyczny zapłonu wyładowania koronowego oraz zależność intensywności widma promieniowania obiektu biologicznego w fazie ciekłej od jego składu chemicznego, zaproponowano funkcję przeliczeniową do oceny koncentracji zanieczyszczeń wraz z parametrami informacyjnymi obrazów GDV. W artykule zostały przedstawione wszystkie wyniki badań eksperymentalnych GDV i składu spektralnego obiektów biologicznych w fazie ciekłej (LPBO).Proponowane podejście pozwala określić zakres stężeń Mg w płynie z ust, przy różnych schorzeniach tarczycy uzyskanych metodą trylonometryczną.
